The room rates as they were higher for the facilities and hotel standard. It also did not include BF. Also, the buffet dinner rates were too high to opt.

I think this is the best place to stay in Jhansi. The hotel gives you a five start like feeling. The rooms/washrooms are spacious. Breakfast is a nice spread. In room dining is good. The pool is nice too. Plus there is a cinema hall next door, there are many restaurants outside, you can easily catch auto-rickshaws outside, interesting places like the fort, Rani Mahal, St. Jude's church, Sipri bazaar are very nearby. Cleanliness, hospitality

Food taste, buffet spread, replenishment was not done properly. Never expected grilled fish in starter to have bones and skin on.

The hotel is well located from the tourist attractions, The property itself is well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was prompt in responding to requests which was great as many hotels too long to respond

Food was good..room service n house keeping was ok.

Room service n house keeping need to keep up with guest s requirements more promptly. Fixed timings for usage of swimming pool for in house guests is not good..as the guests are there for leisure. Therefore they may be allowed to use the same as per their requirement.

Very nice contemporary hotel and room design with walk-in shower; my room and bathroom were very modern, clean and comfortable; hotel staff are uniformly kind and they all try to be helpful; while the breakfast and dinner buffets are not as large as you will find in bigger hotels, they are more than adequate and very delicious; for those who like to walk and explore, the hotel is less than 2 km from Jhansi Fort and the Rani Mahal (Orchha is a thirty minute drive); the hotel will be a very good value...and I would rate it much higher...when the construction is done.

Construction drilling and hammering from 9 in the morning until 8 at night...if you want to take a nap during the day, you’re out of luck; the small rooftop pool has nowhere to sit...no lounge chairs or any other kind of chair, so you can’t relax there either; Wi-Fi is weak and sporadic; No tissues in the bathroom, and the rolls of toilet tissue are so small that they run out at the most inopportune moments; while the hotel/room/bath seem generally very clean, you will need to overlook some places here and there that are missed entirely...stains on upholstery, dirty windows and walls on the rooftop deck etc; because the hotel does not appear to cater to many foreigners, few staff seem to speak English well which leads to miscommunications and unfulfilled expectations when they say “yes” to your request, but really have no idea what you’re asking.

The rooms were nice and clean. Good beds and facilities. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best one in India so far.

We arrived at 2 am and there was no warm water anymore. For a 5 star hotel that is not acceptable.

The staff right from the security to the Reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating, Greeting you each time, checking on you and how they could best assist - the experience was simply amazing. More so, the little conversation we had with staff didn't seem rehearsed but rather natural yet professional. The rooms were huge and clean. The amenities were great - the a/c very effective, good water pressure in the shower, a huge bed, kettle, hair dryer, vast and balanced breakfast menu with many healthy options (great touch especially the salad and sprouts) and unhealthy options (pastries and bread) to suit every taste. Omelettes or dosa were also available which were prepared to order. Also highly appreciated is the fact that we were offered a room near the elevator as we were with a baby. Since we stayed just for a day, we could not check out the entire property but visited the rooftop pool - a nice venue for events which could accommodate around a 100 people. Quite a few shops, malls and restaurants in the vicinity and the property is also near Jhansi station.

A few but none major: 1) The housekeeping could be a bit better: noticed few stains on two of the four pillows which we did not use and on the roller blind in the shower. 2) The restaurant and in-room dining did seem a bit pricey but we could definitely order or dine at the restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel restaurant lunch buffet menu offering was somewhat limited. 3) The water temperature in the showers was not hot enough even after letting it flow for a couple of minutes. 4) The purpose of a roller blind and glass in the shower cubicle is not clearly understood unless some guests wants to watch TV from within the shower cubicle. Only leads to water stains on the blind which could eventually cause mould and mildew. However this was not the case with our room. 5) Although it was double occupancy, only one set of amenities were provided. One call to Housekeeping and an additional set was provided within minutes.

braekfast should be atleast complimentary to the guest staying in the hotel as other hotel administration does.

the facilities which are mentioned in the room menu are fully not available which is not good for the stay persons.

The water in the pool wasn't clean and we couldn't use it.

Nice, modern and clean design. Very friendly staff and a good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent.

There were some building works going on at the top of the building, and there was (for one hour only) a little noise through the building.
